Hi all,
I am a 30 year old full time working professional looking to find a place with a room of my own! Look at $350-$400 a week with bills included. My moving date can also be flexible and am happy to live with males, females, LGBTQ+ and with couples. Preferably no kids I am sorry.
I work full time from Monday to Friday all from home, so I spend most of my day with my office setup in my room. I love cooking and cleaning so I am usually doing that between work. I enjoy gym, keeping active and am more than happy with some house mate bonding and dinners together! But am also super respectful of personal space!
I constantly aim to keep the house tidy and keep a warm and comfortable vibe around. I don't have any pets and am single so would just be me. I need the room unfurnished as I have my own bedroom furniture :)
Besides work I’m usually out early in the morning before I work at the gym and after work and on weekends i’m usually out for walks, hiking, catching up with loved ones and enjoying the outdoors.

Important personal qualities
Hoping to find a housemate/housemates who are just nice, easy going, respectful, tidy and happy to have a chat here and there but also again am super respectful of peoples alone time. I am super easy going and easy to talk to and love to keep the home environment feeling warm and comfortable.
Food sharing and furniture
I love cooking so will always probably offer some of my yummy dinners I cook but generally I meal prep once a week! I have my own bedroom furnishing and that already so just need the bedroom unfurnished please!
