I am a 29-year-old male from Italy currently studying for a Diploma in IT here in Brisbane. I am a responsible and respectful individual, and I take great pride in maintaining a clean and tidy living environment. Along with my friends, Anna Zemani and Alessio Cabras, we regularly clean our current residence almost daily. We believe that having a clean home contributes positively to our well-being, both professionally and personally. Currently, I work as a Shift Leader at a scooter rental company. Due to my work and studies, I spend a significant amount of time outside of the house. Furthermore, I am a non-smoker and do not drink alcohol. I also prefer a quiet living environment and do not host parties or have frequent guests over.
Important personal qualities
To me, a good flatmate is someone who is respectful of shared spaces and my privacy. Clear and open communication is really important, whether it's about chores, having guests over, or just general updates. It's also great to live with someone who is considerate and cleans up after themselves. While we don't need to be best friends, being friendly and easy to get along with makes for a much more comfortable living environment!

For food, I prefer to arrange my own meals as I have some specific dietary preferences. I'm not vegetarian or vegan. Regarding furniture, I don't have any living room furniture to bring with me.
