Important personal qualities
I have lived in many shared houses, and am familiar with all the little tricks of co-habitation. I'm looking to live with people who are chilled, easy-going and with a dash of community feeling. I clean up after myself and prefer to be living in an environment where everyone takes part in equally sharing and respecting the space we inhabit. I enjoy cooking with, and/or for flatmates (time permitting)....sometimes there is nothing better than sharing a meal and the occasional mid-week wine or pot of tea depending on each individual person's preference. But also, I respect the need for downtime and understand that sometimes we all prefer to do our own thing, or have a routine we like to stick to.
I am looking to share with people who are open, like-minded, relaxed, friendly, mature, health aware and live with integrity, honesty and are true to themselves.

Food sharing and furniture
Ideally I'm looking for a large bedroom, as I need to fit a sit-stand desk which was custom build.
In the case of food, I am open to the idea of cooking and sharing communally, and contributing to the basics with a weekly kitty, however, I am also happy to organise my own food. People are welcome to borrow ingredients and replace them on occasion, but if you take my last tomato and don't mention it - you just might make me cry:)
