I am looking to move interstate because I have never lived interstate before and I would like to experience more of the country than just Qld. I am a single 43 year old woman with three adult kids who do not live with me. I am hoping to find a home with a pet or I would like the option to bring a pet into the home. I am moving on Disability Pension but hope to find work after I have figured out the area I live in or in the meantime. I have a drivers licence and may bring or get a car after I move. I am currently living in a studio apartment in a large complex but would prefer a small group in a house or townhouse instead. I love to keep fit so I hope to join a gym. I would love to live near a beach or a pool, even better if there is a pool in the property. I am a good shopper and meal planner so I like to keep the place tidy. I can and will cook. I don’t like to live places that have conflict and I really enjoy my privacy. I am a no doors slamming and no yelling person as I have lived with domestic violence and it was unsustainable. I am non violent not silent and would prefer to keep it that way. I will have maybe, some furniture but not much to fill a house so furnished or partly furnished places are likely to work at the beginning. I am happy to share with males and I don’t sleep with my housemates. I will want to set up the internet as I am planning to study soon after moving. I am contemplating a home based hobby business in makeup or aromatherapy so a garage or extra room would be beneficial. I hope to bring or have visit , my daughter and her daughter who are 23 and 2 so the place needs to be a kid friendly home when they visit or if they move in. They am a recreational pot smoker and I will keep that to my room or the backyard if necessary. I am fine to do housework however I cannot do heavy lifting as I have a back condition which is flared up easily.

Condsideration and the ability to empathise make a good flatmate. Cleanliness is next to godliness. Purpose, what can we achieve together or how would we like to grow around each other. Compromise is not a destination. The key to happiness is 3 things. Higher enlightenment, inner peace and a passion for living. Friends, family and fun.

I prefer to do a grocery shop for the staples and each person gets their luxury items themself. I think the person with a pet is responsible for all the day to day things that the pet needs.
