I’m Karan. 33. Separated parent to a 4 yr old boy.
Currently in the northern end of Sydney and work on the central coast. Looking to move up to the coast to be closer to work and to establish a base before my lil guy goes to school.
Love music (listening to it and making it), exercising, and looking after my mind. I can be sociable but am also appreciative of my space and ‘me time’.
Ideally I’d like to team up with 1-2 people to go on to lease a house - combined rent would be anywhere between 650-750 per week. This would all be subject to an understanding that a toddler would be around 6 nights a fortnight.
If not that, I’d be happy to move into an established household provided the residents are happy to have said toddler around.
Not picky as to location on the coast provided it’s no further north than Tuggerah.
As I am a separated parent, I’d need my prospective housemates to meet the mother of the child (for the piece of mind of all involved). His mother has also voiced a preference for a female house mate or another single parent (male or female).
