Hi, I'm Marlene. I have been living in Darwin on and off since 2007.
I recently gave up my big house to focus on more travelling. Also just turned 60 (how did that happen!?) and have been away for 3 months - more travel on the horizon in the near future.
Currently looking for a relaxed, friendly space to use as my Australian base when not being interstate or overseas.
In the right space with the right person(s) this can be an ongoing long-term arrangement.
I love reading and making - usually always some sort of artistic project on the go - and have a background in arts and design.
This means I'd be working from home for stints - before heading off for often lengthy periods.
Ideally a place with other individual(s) equally independent and happy to pursue their own interests.
Love the occasional interaction and not looking for an overly social place.
Love pets - especially those dismissive cats - and don't have any currently.
