Hi, I’m an Australian of Filipino descent, raised in Melbourne & 51 years young on the planet. At the moment, I’m studying in becoming a Personal Trainer who lives a balanced lifestyle with a positive outlook on life. I’m an ambivert, easy going, friendly, respectful, responsible & self-disciplined. I practise mindfulness & I’m self aware. I am also neat & tidy (always have - always will). I’m currently leaving a 6+ years tenancy (in Brisbane), as I consider myself an empty nester; and with my previous tenancies… I have a good track record of being a long term tenant - averaging 5+ years. What makes a good flatmate? Someone who isn’t nosey & snoops around. Respects house rules, people’s noise level, boundaries, space & belongs. Someone who cleans after themselves, who is careful of the property, doesn’t have bad/negative behaviour and isn’t hard to get along with.
Food sharing and furniture
I like to arrange my own. I don’t have a particular diet - except keeping my food intake healthy & balanced (most of the time ;) But, I do wish I was a vegan though - unfortunately my body isn’t designed for it. I have no living room furniture.
