About this person
Hello my name is Jake. I am looking for a housemate/house in Geelong, Victoria. I am an NDIS participant. I am 32, I am non-binary, my disability is level 1 autism spectrum disorder. I do not mind if I move into a house that is rented or owned by sharers.

A little bit of information about me. I currently live independently in a private rental however due to the cost of living I would really like to move in with others to make things a little bit more affordable for me in terms of the current amount of rent I am paying. I am a very sociable person, I enjoy talking to other people, and I also enjoy my quiet/alone time. I take great pride in keeping my living space very clean, I am very respectful of other people, I am very considerate of other people's privacy and their needs and rights. I am looking for a housemate who is accepting of my disability,

My interests are very wide. I like reading books, playing video games, exercising, going for walks, going to the cinema, and writing (I am writing my autobiography).

Please let me know if you have any space in your home for a new housemate. I am eager to move out of where I am currently living.
Important personal qualities
A good flatmate is a considerate flatmate. Honesty is absolutely important and necessary. Accountability, compassion, respect and integrity is important.
Food sharing and furniture
I would prefer to arrange my own meals. I have three couches which I could bring with me, assuming there is enough room, otherwise I am happy to sell my couches. I am happy to bring my bedroom furniture.
