hey! im misty. my partner austin and i are looking to rent out a place in surfers paradise. we are both 20 and great tenants.
i work fulltime bartending in brisbane city and also do ubereats parttime. we have the biggest love for music and am always listening to it. when were not working, were at the beach or waterfalls, in nature where were happiest or just chilling at home watching netflix or playiing video games.
my partner is currently on limited work hours due to mental health leave but does uber eats part time. we both recieve centrelink aswell.
we have 2 gorgeous cats, one who is 3 months old and one who is 3 years old. they are a non negotiable as they are out babies:)
We don't have any rental history as we lived with my parents for 3 years, although i have been paying them rent for over 6 months now.
We have the money to pay rent, just don't have anyone willing to give us a shot because of the lack of rental history.
