Hi there!
We are a couple from France, Léna and Kevin. We’ve been living on the Gold Coast for a while now, and we unfortunately have to move from our place because our landlord sold it. We need a place from today!
We live in Broadbeach and we would love to stick around since we love the neighborhood and we have our routine. However we will also consider Surfers Paradise, Mermaid beach, Miami and Burleigh… We prefer to live close the beach.
Our plan is to stay in the Gold Coast long term. We will be staying at least 1 year, so we would like a place we can stay that long or more.
Our dream would be to have our own apartment, we can afford to pay 600$/w bills included. We know it’s a pretty tight budget, so we can also be interested by a room in a unit/house, we would be ready to pay 500$/w bills included max for that.
Anyway we want our own bathroom, and we are definitely not interested by a large share house. We would be ready to share the place with one or two people max.
We definitely need a car park. A garage would be awesome but any parking, even on the street if it’s free, will be good I think.
We are not party people. We are clean, easygoing, and quiet. I work full time as a forklift driver, I work afternoon shift Monday to Friday and I go to the gym or run every morning. Léna is a nanny and a housemaid, and when she doesn’t work she goes to the beach or just stay home.
We also like going to the beach, going to the restaurant, watching series…
