Single, mature age man (74) still working and lives a quiet life. Devout non-smoker, not much of a drinker and self entertaining. Good sense of humour and enjoy company of others but also happy on my own, reading or watching TV. House broken, clean and tidy, can cook ok but tend to eat out. Travel for work interstate a couple of times a month, usually Friday to Monday. Have no pets of my own, but would love yours if you have them.

Hoping to find a home with like-minded person/people who are clean and tidy like me. Happy to share a meal or glass of wine occasionally but not dependent on it. I work from home (on my laptop) and travel interstate some weekends.

Happy to take care of my own needs in regards to meals but happy to join in when invited (I know my way around the kitchen). Have no furniture at this point so need a bed and or something to sit on. :-)
