Hello! I am 33 years old and have just moved to the Gold Coast, so looking for somewhere to get set up and be there for a while! Hopefully make new friends in the process :). I was living in Bangkok for 5 years, been home in NZ for 2 months and now I am here. Currently don't have a job, but I am a teacher so looking at doing some relieving and then securing a full time position in the new year.
Important personal qualities
I am quite a clean and tidy person, so I like a home that is well looked after, doesn't have to be perfect, but a sense of pride taken in looking after the shared spaces! I like my own time and space, but I do also like to interact with flatmates and spend time together getting to know each other.
