Hello there! I'm Michael - 29 year old recent graduate of UQ and recently single. I studied philosophy and economics out of enjoyment & am in the process of starting my own gardening business. Currently, I am employed part time (council maintenance work on the GC) and have a couple job offers lined up, though I am determined to continue launching my own business. I'm doing this through a Centrelink program (which provides some basic income & mentorship). Given this, I feel I'd be a very safe candidate in terms of rent; I'll easily have my weekly expenses largely covered, even on weeks in which I may have minimal work (due to rain, for example) from the income support. Don't really tend to spend my money much otherwise.
I'm pretty easy going, happy to keep to myself, enjoy Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, chess, and cooking. Am vegetarian (and always regretful bringing it up, to each their own) but secretly jealous when I smell beautiful meat dishes haha! No troubles from me on that front though, very relaxed.

I'm very easy going, and happy keeping to myself. I enjoy chatting and hanging out now and then too if you guys ever wanted to. or go out for dinner - but I'm pretty relaxed either way :)
Food sharing and furniture
I'm vegetarian but not an issue if whoever I'm living with of course isn't. No hassle from me on that front, and I don't mind sharing a bit of my own stuff if someone's in need (like rice/bread etc.). Usually keep to my own little area/spot in the cupboard for groceries.
