I’m male, academic researcher. I am home based but spend a lot of time out of the home during the week. I am social and healthy. I train 4-5 times a week at the gym, surf, and swim squad.
I ride (motorbikes), go camping and 4 wheel driving, and i’m getting into sailing and Pilates.

I cook. My specialties are million dollar pie, charred rib eye steak (medium rare or well done), and whole snapper with sweet chilli and coriander.

My preference is for sociable flatmates, I don’t need constant company or conversation but I enjoy an impromptu tea / coffee / beer, and chat.
I have a solid group of close friends, who get together and go out for a coffee or beer. I would not plan on having regular social occasions at home.

I am happy to regularly cook communal meals (or share cooking). I don’t mind cooking seperate meals if required. I currently cook communal meals most nights
