I'm looking to continue staying in Broadbeach or Surfers as the owner moves back in where I’m living on Dec 20.
I'm a single female 41+yr old who works from home of an evening, am clean, respectful, quiet and minimal. I enjoy my own space as well as socializing. Most days before work I’m swimming, working out, meditating, cooking. I don’t have a car and enjoy walking along the beach or public transit everywhere.
I'm looking to move immediately into a fully furnished place either on my own or sharing with another likeminded person or teaming up that's within walking distance of Broadbeach mall or Cavill avenue, has a swimming pool and my own room with own bathroom & a place with a kitchen that has a stovetop. I’m flexible on length of stay and hoping for a right fit.
