I am a clean and respectful 28 year old woman looking to call a place my own. I have household furniture already so would prefer an unfurnished place. I have just returned from a 6 month backpacking trip and ready to settle down, I already have a very secure full time job that I’m returning to in February. I am flexible on the move in date, any time from mid Jan, need to be in by early Feb at the latest though. I work in Southport and am hoping to find a place near the beach, anywhere from Broadbeach/Surfers/Burleigh.
I would love a one bedroom or studio apartment (happy to pay up to $500 if my own place), however am open to sharing with others as well if you don’t already have furniture and are happy for me to supply (I have a couch, fridge, most kitchen appliances). I love some socialising but also appreciate my own time; I’m respectful of others while also love getting together and having drinks with friends. I enjoy going to the beach and grabbing a coffee on a nice sunny day.
