Greetings. I'm a minimalist that's seeking a pleasant living arrangement with other like-minded (or different minded people that enjoy courteously engaging in conversation over a range of topics). I like getting to know people up to the level that they're comfortable with but I'm typically an open book. I work as a professional in the allied health field part-time, at times a little more often and also go away for work once a year for a month. I don't condemn people for having different lifestyle or sexuality choices but would prefer to breath clean air and NOT live with anti-social (social ok) substance addicts. I have my own car. Enjoy the outdoors, sports, beach/waves/sun, don't mind a social drink and the odd later night but usually wake with the birds. I'm considerate of others, cognizant of being quiet when needed, respectful and personable.
