Hi!
I'm Kim (30) from Germany and I've been living in Mermaid Waters since November.
As the house that I currently live in unfortunately is not a long-term solution, I am looking for something similar close by.
I am a special needs teacher but am working as a resort receptionist on Broadbeach at the moment.
Apart from work I am quite an active person. I've just got back into skydiving and have recently obtained my first scuba licence. I'd live to learn how to surf, too, but that's still on the list. I do yoga daily and I like to sing while cooking if that is not a bother.

Important personal qualities
I'm overly empathic to other people's moods and needs and will most probably always respond accordingly. I'll usually go for harmony in all occasions and get along well with almost everyone easily. I communicate quite directly and appreciate direct announcements in return.
Food sharing and furniture
I am a vegetarian but I feel like diets are a very personal choice and no one else's concern. I will absolutely share the bbq with any other food that someone else chooses for themselves.
My preference is to have my own food in general and to share common items like salt, oil, etc. but I could adapt to a different, pre-existing way-to-go.
