Hello,
I am looking for either a studio/Granny flat within the Gold Coast area. I will be locating to the area from the Sunshine Coast as I have just got full time work in a Veterinary Practice, I am looking at moving mid May (or maybe sooner if something suitable becomes available) I currently work as a Medical Receptionist and can provide professional references.
I am 36 years old, very friendly but do respect others personal space and quiet time. I come with a 9 year old indoor only female cat called Tinkerbell who is a Ragdoll breed; she is very chilled and placid, she doesn't destroy or scratch at things which can be verified by my current and previous rentals (happy to provide their details).
Looking forward to a new area; exploring the local beaches, hikes and coffee spots.
