Looking for a new place to call home.
I work in a busy professional senior role Monday-Friday. Part of my week I work from home, then other time in the office. I am extremely busy during that time and have my own life schedule, so you wouldn’t see me much. After work I’m either active out exercising, cooking, or curled up reading. I enjoy a peaceful relaxed environment to be able to balance the busy.
On the weekends I like to catch up with friends, stay at my partners place, go to the beach, movies, get away on an adventure or simply have some restful time cooking and having my own quiet zen time.
I have been out of home renting my own place or sharing since an early age. Thus I understand how to be respectful, communicate, considerate and create a harmonious joyful home space.

I have had my own rental and also previously shared, thus I am mature minded to have conversations over things to ensure no tensions develop, clean up after myself and be considerate of others needs as well.

I am not interested in sharing food. I am specific about what I eat, usually food prep on weekend because my weeks are too busy to cook each day. Eat very healthy.
I don’t mind having a casual dinner/drink occasionally, but I am not looking to be always social.
I have no house furniture, only few bedroom furniture items. I also have a surfboard and bike I would be looking to store somewhere.(currently they are ok at my partners place though)
