Hi we have recently landed from New Zealand and are here to work in the disability sector. We are unemployed until our working for children checks clear, then we will be employed full time. Money is not an issue with startup costs/bond/ furniture. We value a clean and tidy space, we're quiet, don't smoke, drink or have pets.
