I've been living in share houses since I was 18, so I'm very across basic house etiquette (being clean, respecting privacy and communal spaces etc.).

Description of pets
I have a dog named Kyla (medium, kelpie x, 11 years), so an outdoor space is necessary, it doesn't need to be huge, though if it is, that's a bonus ☺️
Kyla is a chiller, she’s friendly, love cuddles and mostly sleeps all day. My dog is a kelpie but she's grown beyond her psycho kelpie years and now is happy with a daily walk and somebody to follow around the house hoping for pats.
