My name is Renee. My partner Stephen and I are interested in finding a house/townhouse/unit/studio apartment to live in or around the Warragul area. Ideally looking for a maximum 1-2 bedroom, 1 bathroom place, or if shared housing, a bedroom with our own bathroom. (Preferably a master bedroom with en suite).
I work as a laundry worker at Park Avenue Industrial Laundry in Warragul and Stephen works casually as a concreter, also in Warragul. He also recieves Newstart Allowance through Centrelink.
We currently live in Warragul with my partners' parents whom own the property (for the past 2 years). However, we've decided that we are ready to live in our own place and give his parents their own space again. Before that, we lived in our own private rental in Doveton for 1 and a half years.
We would be perfect tenants because we love living the quiet life, and are both clean and respectful of our surroundings. We are friendly and always on time with our payments. We are great communicators and talk openly and honestly.
In my spare time, my hobbies include gardening, colouring-in, and staying in to watch a good movie or show on Netflix. I enjoy socialising with friends, or having a BBQ on a warm day.

Personal qualities important to me in a flatmate are people who are open and honest and willing to communicate, especially if or when situations arise. If someone had an issue with me or a situation they'd like to discuss, i hope that they would feel comfortable enough to discuss it with me in a non-combative way. I am very friendly and approachable so would like the same in return.
Another important quality to me are people who respect my way of living as well as my belongings. I wouldn't touch anything that isn't mine without permission or enter anyone elses personal space without permission!
