Hi I am Jake. I have been living at Chelsea Beach since 2019.
Due to my new work requirement I am now looking to move back closer to city (and also my tennis club in Albert Park)
My sense of humor can be bit dry sometimes but I am always respectful of others. Most importantly, I understand the importance and rarity of respecting the place and looking after it as if its your own - I think thats something you can only experience* once you own your own place.
My ideal flatmate would be someone who knows the importance of flushing the toilet and clean it after use - that's about it really :)
