Easy going guy not expecting my quirks to be your quirks and won’t hold it against you, I like to keep the place tidy but not in an anal way also happy with big clean rosters or making sure it’s evenly split without one . I've had housemates most of my life so have a great understanding on how to share communal areas and have made great friends through the process.

Food sharing and furniture
Outside of my own bedroom furniture I come with a robot vacuum/mop, a bunch of indoor/outdoor plants that can be used around the house or in my room, cutlery plates bowls other kitchen stuff which can easily be kept in boxes if not needed, an outdoor lounge but happy to donate if not needed, a Nintendo switch and PlayStation 4.
Description of pets
have a 67year old cat, Sonny who I adopted 3 years ago. He can be vocal and loves a chat. He is equally cuddly and independent. He prefers to chill and sleep indoors during the day but loves to sit out in a garden during summer and when we’re home. He’s a fan of playing hide and seek with a ribbon or a rolled up ball of foil. He is house trained and doesn't jump on the table or benches. He hasn’t destroyed any furniture and knows he’s not allowed to scratch the couch I have a couple of cardboard scratchers for him. He gets on with the other cats in our current neighbourhood but I'm not sure how he would go living with another or a dog purely because I’ve never been in that situation with him. Oh and he’s vaccinated ofc.
