Hi, I know this is a difficult process getting selected to share a place.
I’m male 44, bartend in SY and Richmond. Very sports active, sometimes work from home, sometimes out working as my schedule is in flux just for the start of the year. The shared 2bed 1bth apt is quiet and spacious. I’m mellow and very understanding that you’re human. The room has a queen bed in it and a very large closet. There is a washer but no dryer as I use either the shared balcony or our private courtyard (which I’ll be making into a tiki lounge) to hang clothes up. Kitchen is nearly as large as the living room. I can either hang out or be completely separate as that’s all based on you and wanting space. You’re welcome to have whomever you want over but the building is nonsmoking and partying stops at 10:30pm. There is a 58 Toorak rd tram stop directly out front and the Kooyong station train 4min walk. Deposit is first week rent plus two weeks. If you’re looking for short stay I’m cool with that just talk to me I’m very easy going and understand life happens. I have several internet channels for sports/tv shows and films that are included. I’m easy if you want to book out the living room for just your friends or a private date night, I don’t care, just as long as they’re respectful enough of my items and you give me a heads up. This process is tough and I wish you the best.
