Hello! I'm Colin, a 34 year old Irish teacher on career break here in Australia. I've been based out of Sandringham the last 12 months. The house I'm living is no longer available for rent after this month so I'm back to the grind of searching for a room :)

I'm kinda flexible around where to base myself in Melbourne. I'm looking for a 6 month lease ideally as I'm heading back to Ireland near the end of July. A sub let or flexible lease might work as well
I have a car so having a car space/nearby free on-street parking is important. I'd be open to live in landlords who want to rent a space.
I'm here on a working holiday visa having arrived the 26th August. Here to work and enjoy the Aussie experience for the two years.
