Hi. I'm a 48 year old single male with a couple of small toy moodle dogs which don't shed any hair and are hypoallergenic which means won't affect allergy sufferers.
My doggies mess will be cleaned daily and have never made my room smelly as I am a clean and tidy person who does not like mess.
I can provide references for the last 3 years of the 2 properties I've lived at with one being through a real estate agent and the most recent place was a private arrangement.

A garage would also be needed as I have a bit of my own stuff that I'm currently in the process of sorting through for what I want to retain, give or donate away and what I can throw away.
My budget is around $250 per week and would like to remain in or around the North western suburbs. I would entertain the Epping North area as that looks quite nice also.

I'm honest, mindful, courteous of others and just a down to earth earth respectful guy. I like deeper meaningful conversation mixed with some light hearted banter. I respect others boundaries. I don't really have guests over too often and usually keep to myself.

I don't need any furniture or a room to be furnished as I have all my own things. I'm happy to cook for others if need be or share the responsibilities.
