(I do have quite a bit of furniture, fridge, w/machine), but if you don't need anything, I may need to put them in storage, unless you have storage space available, shed etc,
I will need to bring my own queen size mattress and base, it's a basic metal base, same size as the mattress, I prefer the room to be "completely empty" as I have everything to fill it, tallboy, side table, tv, plants, stool, etc
