Hi there! I'm a 50-year-old male who enjoys the simple pleasures in life. I work full time and prefer living in a house with one or two others. I find solace in a homestay environment, where I can connect with others and share experiences. When I'm not busy with work, you'll often find me indulging in my hobbies of 3D printing, fishing, camping, driving simulators, vr, and sports.

I am an avid fisherman, and I have a boat that I would preferably have behind a gate, garage, etc. I play with 3d printers as both a hobby and I work in the field. I am looking for more than a single room, preferably 2 or more, preferably house would have 2 living areas. Preferably to share a house with one or two others.
I have a lot of things as I am moving out of this sort of situation. Where I have been living is having a family move in so unfortunately my time here is up. I have my own fridge, washing machine, dryer, vacuums, bedroom furniture, couch and recliners, even a massage chair, etc. I do have a place I can store any of these that is not required. I am a home body most of the time as fishing and boat make a dent in wallet. I do not party. I basically don’t drink.
I take pride in maintaining a clean and organized living space. Respect, honesty, and trustworthiness are values that I hold dear. As a smoker, I am mindful of others' preferences and ensure that it doesn't inconvenience anyone around me. Although I don't own any pets or have kids of my own, I appreciate the presence of furry friends.

Surrounding areas to those I have listed are also ok. I got to the limit of suburbs I would add. I have the ability to move before date listed, this is when I need to out of where I currently live. I have references going back 20 yrs, including from where I will be moving out from. I also have Foxtel that can be transferred to address if required
