Hi, sociable and friendly but very considerate of other housemates private space. Enjoy conversation/interaction but respectful of privacy and others at all times. Like to keep the house clean and tidy. Wide range of interests from the Arts, film , music , culture, sports, current affairs. Very easy going and appreciative of people of all cultures and backgrounds. Well travelled with experience in share houses. I dont smoke . Mature age 61 with a youthful, modern and open outlook on life. At the moment I work from home and also occasionally at a workplace near Hughesdale. I am looking for a largish room or an average size, with a small study/bungalow/garage to work in. The work is quiet so would not be any issue with noise.
