Rents are very expensive, and I want to stay in Reservoir, Coburg, Pascoe Vale, Bundoora, Kingsbury area. Ideally, I am looking to share a house big enough that all parties have enough space, so sharing feels good; a total rent of around 700 - 800 a week could give great flexibility to get a nice house of at least 4 rooms.

Important personal qualities
Working together for a common good: the house. All its parts, from keeping it clean, have clarity on how we do our waste (composting is essential for me) and we can be fair. Someone who knows that conflict can happen anytime, that is a human experience, but also someone who is willing always to find resolutions and repairs if needed.
Food sharing and furniture
I have furniture as I am moving out after living on my own. This can be organised as needed with clear straight and kind conversation.
I love food eat 3 meals a day, cook, and sometimes in the morning to prepare lunch for my son and myself. I also like to cook so I can freeze or have one or two dishes to save. I mostly don't eat red meat, Mainly vegetables and chicken
