Important personal qualities
In a flatmate I value cleanliness and tidyness, especially in a shared bathroom or kitchen. Whilst I enjoy the occasional socialising, I would like to keep to myself at home sometimes, since I need some time to recharge my social batteries after a full day of working with other people :)
Food sharing and furniture
It's no problem for me to share a meal every now and then, but generally I'd like to cook for myself. I prefer a vegetarian diet, but can't resist the occasional meat-including meal :)
