I'm looking for a room to rent for a few months (maybe longer) for me and hopefully my dog (5 y.o. Lab) recently broken up with my partner and she is going to stay in our rental probably for 2-3 months but possibly shorter.

I work full time as a construction surveyor on Job sites so I leave early most days and back in the evening.

I don't smoke, do drugs and socially drink.
