In the process of ending a 16-year relationship, two daughters that will stay with their dad for now, steady work at a consultancy since 2018, earning decent salary and able to absorb costs as they come as I have a large chunk of savings (which was for something else, but you never know life, right). I work from home and rarely go out, so looking for a place which I’ll have peace and quiet during the day and night, as I’m a non-smoker and non-drinker. I’ve lived in shared homes in London for 10 years, so I totally know how to offer my share, whether I end up sharing a place or living by myself.
