Nice to meet you! We are a Spanish/American & Italian couple: Irene & Andrea. We are both 30 years old and we are moving to Melbourne on a Work & Holiday Visa.
Irene - Has been doing Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga for the last 8 years. Abstract artist (LOVE de Kooning) with background in Fashion. Fun and very sociable but also enjoys and values her quiet time. Loves to bond over a drink and talk about life and up for any plan in nature.
Andrea - He is a cat person (has an orange cat back in Italy, Chicco). Black belt in Taekwondo and loves cooking Italian food (Pasta al ragú is his specialty) and analog photography. Has a background in Marketing. Very open, fun and sociable. He loves trying new things and experiences and is very chill and relaxed.
About us - We have been together for 6 years. Lived for 3 years in Madrid and ready for the next adventure. We are a very fun couple which values their independence and doesn't need being together 24/7. Our plan in Melbourne is to work hard for 6/7 months (already doing interviews) plus exploring the city and meeting new people. Our party days are almost past us but we are down to have drinks at a bar anytime! And good music & concerts! After those 6/7 months, our plan is to travel around beautiful Australia and visiting NZ as well.
We are very tidy, we do not invade other peoples' personal space and we are good listeners. We love being out and doing sports and we love food in general, always talking about which meal is next and who will be cooking haha
