My Irish Wolfhound, Rufus, and me are looking to move from our 2BR rental house in Coburg to somewhere more affordable, given the circumstances. I'm 58 yrs old, Rufus is 8yrs old. I've worked in IT/ software development the past 40 years but am in between jobs atm. We're pretty easy going, generally tidy, might drink socially but prefer walks in open fields.

Food sharing and furniture
There's always going to be some items (milk, coffee, etc?) that end up shared, so I'm happy to consider communal shopping. I'm happy to cook, as well as to eat food that's shared. I've currently got enough furniture to make my household work - washing machine, dryer, couch, etc. Some might be useful, the rest can be stored or given away.
Description of pets
Rufus is an Irish Wolfhound X - the best dog I've ever had. He's considerate, affectionate, extremely personably, quiet and easy going. You'll see what I mean when you meet him. I've learned to trust people he likes, and dislike those he doesn't trust.
