Full time Teacher - planning on doing 6 month periods away remote teaching (outside of Vic) and 6 months tour guiding and relief teaching in Melbourne. So, the plan will be 6 months home, 6 months away (home in Vic for school holidays).
Tour guide hours include long days.
I have peripheral nueropathy in my feet so I cant run for fitness. So, I love to swim, walk and workout as often as possible. I don't go out during the week much after work, as my feet need resting then. I get out more on weekends to socialise, enjoy life
and manage my feet pain. I am quiet at home, no parties and I am respectfully clean.

In my mind, a good flatmate is respectful at all times. That's the foundational basis for all other behaviours. Cleanliness, pays rent on time, appreciates quite time, engages in friendly chat regularly, maintains a positve demeanour.
Food sharing and furniture
I have some furniture in storage - happy to sell most of it whenever I find place, keeping my bed and tv. I probably think in this day in age it's better to arrange your own food when sharing, as many people have a wide variety of food preferences and doing your own just makes sense.
