I’m looking for a room in the below area, looking to move in by the end of November. Would also be down to band with 1-2 others and look for places together :)

- Under $1300 a month excl bills (approx $300 a month)
- prefer a girlies only household
- ensuite/ seperate bathroom
- I do have a car but I’m perfectly happy with permit street parking
- Close to PT (preferably a tram)

- I’m 22, work in finance in the city
- work from office 5 days a week so will mostly be home only on weekends
- Looking for flatmates I can also be friends with, but respect personal space
- Have lived in shared apartments before, so good rental history and references (And I pay on time without follow ups 🙂↕️)
- I understand the importance respecting and maintaining common spaces so won’t be a nightmare on the group chat
