Hey, I'm Jaimys, 44, currently working ~9 to 5 in government (WFH 4 days/week). Bit of a science nerd (PhD in chem/enviro sci) and enjoy a good balance of banter, learning, exercise, and music. I'm returning to Melbourne as I miss my friends and the lifestyle (brunch, art, music, community). In my downtime I enjoy playing guitar, chess, computer games, nature (rock-climbing/hiking), gym, and messing about with electronics. Also a huge lover of horror/sci-fi!

I enjoy the occasional big night, but my work means I'm not as much of a party animal these days (plus sleep is SO GOOD). To me, communication is key - where issues arise, talk them through to a solution. Hoping to find people who are chill, respectful, and cooperative.
