Hi there, my name is Lencho Tulu I'm 21 years old and I am employed as a full-time worker at a Sharp blind and stainless-steel company in the Inner North as Metal Polisher. I have been employed there for over 12 months. My brother Moti and I are living with our mother in our family home and are seeking a more independent lifestyle. And we are currently looking for a place to rent with like-minded people for 6-12 months on the lease preferably. I would have to say my brother and I have a positive outlook on life and pride ourselves on our respect and easy-going approach. My brother Moti is at Swinburne University studying part-time in Aged Care and Disability, once he completes his placement he will be securing a part time job within the sector. Our lifestyle and hobbies consistent of going to gym and spending time with family. We both are a good amount of social but also like to keep to ourselves and relax after a day at Uni and work. We are also happy to share a room if there are 2 rooms available that would be ideal. We love to cook! we specialize in Italian cuisine. We would be more than happy to share a meal with our housemates and have a friendly relationship with them. We are looking for a considerate, clean, not to loud, team player housemate/s. We are looking for a kind household who respect each other's belongings, boundaries and space. We also would really appreciate a clear communicator and someone who is happy to speak up on their household issues as it can be easily address if we all come together and communicate. We would love a person/people that can also share a joke and relax with. We are happy to live with pets if you come with them.
Food sharing and furniture
We are happy to share a meal and communal foods (e.g. milk and bread). We also happy to have separate food. We don't have living room furniture but have a few TV's, a Netflix account and console players. If we need to purchase living room furniture, we are happy to do so.
