I am a senior Education Professional working for the government of Sri Lanka as a Director of Education at the Ministry of Education, Sri Lanka.
My whole family is granted Australian Permanent Resident visa and at the same time I have got a PhD offer from Monash University Australia also. We will be moving to Melbourne on 6th November 2024.
We were previous tenant at Rusden House Apartment, 662, Blackburn Road, Notting Hill, VIC 3168 in the years 2014/2015 - while I was doing my Master’s degree at Monash University. We have an unblemished tenant record and I can forwarded the previous tenant documents if needed.
It is crucial for me to live closer to the Monash University because of my studies. Further, my husband will be joining the same work place he was working in the year 2014/2015 – Agro-trade International, Clayton, VIC 3168 upon our retune to Melbourne on 6th November 2024.
We are financially well stable, have substantial amount of deposits and have fixed income back at home, which will be transferred continuously to our Australian accounts once we relocate.
We find this is the ideal property for us till we finalize our long term accommodation.
We are much happy and willing and eagerly waiting tor your approval to renting out this property.
We assure that we will keep, maintain and use the property carefully as we used to do previously with our rented out property.
