I’m Rami, a 30 years old Spanish-German guy that is moving to Melbourne on nov the 14th. I’m looking for a room to entry on that date aprox. As I’ll be working as a full-time kite instructor in Saint Kilda I won’t spend that much time at home.
My budget is around $250 - 300 max per week. I’m open to rent from 1 month up to 6 months depending on the flat & mates. I’ve lived with housemates since I’m 18 so I understand share house living quite good.
Suburb preferences: St Kilda, St Kilda West, Elwood, Brighton, Middle Park, Albert Park, Port Melbourne.
I love water (surfing, kitesurfing, sailing…) and mountain sports (cycling, hiking…), exploring new places, going to restaurants and cafes, exercising. Im easy going, clean, and respectful, and would love roomates who are also social and active!
