I’m Min, a 19 year old woman who has moved from London to Melbourne on a working holiday visa (before starting my degree at Oxford University next year). I’m a very easy-going, respectful person in a shared space, and love to keep a house tidy - I also work at a restaurant 5 nights a week so will be busy for a lot of the week, but love to share dinners/drinks with housemates when home if they want to! I’m looking for a short-term (1.5 months) lease, and love the look of your place, and would be interested in coming to meet you to chat if possible.
My friend (also a female student from London, going to university next year) and I are ideally looking for somewhere to live together, sharing a room.
We could pay the first 4 weeks of rent immediately up front if we found the perfect place.
