I am 20 years old who has an active life style and enjoys fitness. I Currently work part time managing a gym while doing online studies for personal training and online coaching. My days tend to start quit early and finish around 7pm at night. After a big day I love to come home to a clean space and wind down before bed which is usually 10pm latest.
Although I love my health and fitness, I also love balance and enjoy my weekends doing social events or doing days out such as relaxing at the beach.
