Hey Dog Lovers 👋 looking for a new home and/ or lease breakers.
***We are URGENTLY looking for anyone breaking a lease and/ or Team Ups to find a house together ***
Details:
* Searching for a house (with a yard and lawn) to lease in North Eastern Naarm/ Melbourne.
We've been looking in a huge area anywhere from Thornbury/ Heidelberg through to as far NE as Hurstbridge. Happy to narrow that region down for the right third person.
*MAXIMUM $750 per week for the WHOLE house (so a lot less than that for your room... bargain!)
* We're looking for a homely home... Preferably something lush/ green and charming with decent sized bedrooms.
* We are two 40+ females with lots of plants.
🐕 One of us comes with a loveable, well behaved and professionally trained dog, Hazel.
(Unfortunately due to allergies we can't live with a cat).
🔥 You would preferably be 30+, experienced with communal living, fair regarding cleaning etc and working or studying.
🔥 We'd love folks who are at least partially social. Also in search of people who are laid back but who don't take the piss 😉
We're enthusiastic about creating a cosy space to relax and thrive in.
