I left my first career to go back to uni, where I'm studying to become a midwife while working part-time. Not a super frequent party person, but when I do, it's outside the home. I'm very conscientious about keeping common areas tidy and, while admittedly a night owl, I'm very quiet so hopefully you'd never even notice! I mostly keep to myself but always friendly when we run into each other 🙂 Interests include pop culture, swimming, wikipedia, travel, going to therapy, film/TV, pilates, etc.
Strong preference for the following: dishwasher, air con/split system, more than one bathroom (one shower is fine, but def need two toilets). I have a car and would prefer off-street parking. I don't smoke much these days (and when I do it's outside), but I still tend to think houses that are open to it are more chill in general. It would be a big plus for me if you didn't despise fat people lol. Queer/SW/neurodivergence-friendly, etc.
I can be reasonably flexible with move dates, just no earlier than 15 December. Sometime in Jan would be ideal! Also it wouldn't let me be more specific with my suburbs but I'm mainly interested in: Thornbury, Preston, Northcote, Fairfield, or Brunswick East.

I prefer to arrange food separately - I'm an omnivore, so would be good if you're open to having meat in the house. I have a couch, but if you don't need one, hopefully my room is big enough that I could keep it in there. I'd also be bringing a dryer with me.
