About this person
Hello! My name is Phoenix Manu Tjho, and I’m thrilled to introduce myself as I search for a new place to call home. Originally from the Netherlands but I am an Australian citizen, I’ve had the privilege of traveling extensively, which has taught me adaptability and a deep appreciation for different cultures. These experiences have helped me develop strong communication skills, and I’m fluent in several languages, allowing me to connect easily with others.

Professionally, I work full-time in high-risk operations—a field requiring high levels of responsibility, precision, and commitment to safety. I bring these values into every aspect of my life, including as a tenant. I understand the importance of respecting agreements, maintaining a clean and orderly living space, and handling responsibilities with integrity and care.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about intellectual pursuits, particularly in math and science. I enjoy reading and exploring these subjects, which challenge me to think critically and stay curious. I’m also dedicated to outdoor activities, especially rock climbing. This pursuit is both physically and mentally engaging, requiring resilience, focus, and strategy—all qualities that are central to my life and work.

In summary, I’m looking for a space where I can feel settled and contribute positively to the community. I take pride in caring for my home and maintaining a respectful, reliable presence. I hope this introduction gives insight into who I am and the qualities I bring to a rental property.

Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to finding a place where I can connect with like-minded individuals and contribute to a household.
Important personal qualities
A good flatmate is someone who is easy-going, respectful of shared spaces, and values open communication. They are friendly and approachable, making it easy to get along with, and they adapt well to different situations. As long as everyone communicates openly and considers each other's needs, they're happy to compromise and create a harmonious living environment.
Food sharing and furniture
I'm happy to share food, but I prefer if you ask first—always open to sharing! I eat everything, with no restrictions, and I’m just as comfortable cooking meat as I am whipping up vegetarian dishes. I don’t have any living room furniture to contribute.
