About this person
Melbourne CBD and Greater close proximity suburbs. Near public transport and shops, I will also need a storage locker easily accessible.
So like Melbourne, Richmond, Hawthorne, south Yarra etc. I am not too familiar with Melbourne yet.
I am a young at heart 39 year old single (16 years) gay male looking to relocate from Sydney to Melbourne. Not the type that really does one night stands either but maybe a relationship in the future which would become a regular guest obviously. I am currently transitioning from a 14 year job in IT support on a large redundancy payout with a job network waiting for me in January. I do have furniture and appliances and a large physical media collection which will all be going into storage.
My behaviours are generic somewhere between twink and masc I guess lol. Looking to start a new life in Melbourne before I hit 40 although no one knows I am even past 30.
I am generally tidy and organised to a degree. Especially if it would be living with someone else. I am respectful and have a good rental history of living alone for over 14 years.
I enjoy music admin, tv shows, movies like the average gay and their favourite music. I spend a lot of time scrolling social media but looking to branch out in Melbourne after being in social isolation for a few years.
I have no real issues with what I expect from flatmate(s) drinking and partying is no issue on weekends. I haven’t done it in a while but may join you.
Looking for a place where I can feel at home and not like a guest. At the moment it may be a year or 2 but if I find I am liking having flat mate(s) I may continue on longer.
Visiting family in SA November/December but heading back to Sydney in mid December in hopes to pack and relocate December/January
Happy to have FaceTime chats while I am in SA
Feel free to reach out to learn more about me.

Important personal qualities
Generally tidy but not over the top. But also not one that is messy all the time.
Respectful to myself and belongings and privacy to a degree
Looking for flatmate(s) that I can be friends with so it feels more like a home
