39 year old professional. Taking a new FT role in the inner north in early 2025. Happy to take a short term or longer term option. Flexible. Easy going. Clean. Love dogs, I have 2, but they’ll stay at our main home on the Peninsula and not be coming with me. Looking for a space that I can stay and feel at home for a few days mid week and likely every other weekend. My partner may stay some weekend nights but not often. I work a lot, love sports, arts, thrift & antique shopping and current affairs. Happy to take on furnished or unfurnished. Would love a car park but not a deal breaker. With food, happy to keep seperate but I am a pretty good cook (not cocky, true, wait till you taste my meatballs or fig jam caprese salad), so happy to make us a family meal every now and then. Pretty flexible on splitting staples like coffee, cleaning, laundry etc.
